BILLBOT is a Telegram-based invoice assistant. It generates invoice PDF files and, only after the user grants permission, stores them in a selected Google Drive account.
BILLBOT requests Google Drive access to list numbered invoice folders, create folders, upload invoice PDF files, and remove an empty folder if an upload fails. The application uses this access only to provide the invoice storage functionality requested by the user.
OAuth authorization tokens are stored on the protected application server and are available only to the application and its administrator. BILLBOT does not sell Google user data and does not share it with advertisers or unrelated third parties. Temporary PDF files on the application server are deleted after they are sent to Telegram and uploaded to Google Drive.
The authorization token is retained while the Google Drive integration is enabled. A user may revoke access at any time at Google Account permissions or request deletion by contacting support. Files already stored in Google Drive remain under the user's control and may be deleted by the user.
BILLBOT's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
